When I feel tired in my mind and in my body it is the actual finding of the “Joy” that renews my strength. That means “Finding” gratitude and appreciation, being thankful! Thankful for what I already have and thankful for all that I anticipate having. This is a feeling place. Joy is a feeling place not something that is given to you or something that happens to you. You feeeel Joy. And when you can get yourself into this place, there also comes a sense of happiness, anticipation and excitement. It makes you feel and believe that you can be, do and have anything your heart desires. When I look at my day and set my intention from this place of Joy, this is what I get out of my day. More Joy!
Each step that is taken closer to this place moves me further away from anything that would stand in the way of my Joy. Living each moment from this place allows joy to expand and brings more appreciation. From this place there is no stress, no lack and no fear. From this place there is strength, there is love, there is determination. This is where unconditional love shines through, this is “The Joy of the Lord” and it truly is strength. From this high place you can see lots of this to enjoy, appreciate and celebrate. From this place I can turn any situation and turn it into appreciation and celebration. It does not mean that I won’t have challenges but it gives me an attitude that strengthens me and allows me to move through difficulties and challenges with ease and grace. It is an opportunity to take any situation and appreciate it.
From this place there is peace, sound sleep, tolerance, love, happiness, cooperation, opportunities, creativity, energy, health and prosperity. All of this happens instantly from this place of Joy. this is where I choose to reside today – in Joy.
Live in a place of Joy unless you choose to do otherwise.
